One of the standout features of StratusLINK is the Click To Call functionality. By simply clicking on a number within your Chrome Browser, you can initiate a call. The extension adds a friendly icon next to clickable numbers on websites, ensuring easy access to calling capabilities. What's more, this feature has little to no interference with website functionalities and can be easily turned on or off with a single click.

Another useful feature is the Call Recording Pause. With this feature, you have control over when your calls are recorded. You can easily enable or disable recording based on your preferences. If you have a selected URL open in your browser, your call will not be recorded. Once you close the URL, your call recording will resume immediately.

StratusLINK also offers CRM Popups, which automatically open a URL with a caller ID search when you receive an inbound call. This feature is customizable to work with your web-based CRM, including popular platforms like Salesforce and Zendesk.
